Will expand developer services and enhance features for 35m players.
Mobile games developer MoMinis has secured a $6m funding round, following the $4.5m investment it bagged back in April.
The firm boasts a reach 35 million strong users, with six million monthly actives and one million daily actives, while game downloads are at more than 100,000 each day.
MoMinis launched social gaming platform PlayScape a year ago, enabling users to carry in-app currency across different games. The funding will be used to enhance PlayScape by providing developers with new ways to improve user retention, distribution and discoverability.
What's more, the Android-only service will be expanded to iOS, Windows Phone and Facebook to entice even more players, while the company will also hire more staff.
Itzik Frid, CEO of MoMinis, said: "With the huge network and strong position that we have in leading markets, MoMinis can move to the next evolutionary stage and leverage our unique differentiators and model of providing both developers and gamers with the ultimate mobile offering."
Gemini Israel Ventures led the round alongside the BRM Group.
