Lisa joined the interactive entertainment market in 1994, following two years as an editor within the photographic trade press.

After a stint as deputy editor of then-dominant games trade title CTW, she was a key part of the team that left the title to launch MCV in 1998. Having subsequently played a vital role in raising the bar for the trade press in the sector, she was made editor of the magazine in 2000.

In 2003, in recognition of her unrivalled editorial expertise being utilised across the Intent Media portfolio, she became managing editor of MCV.

She remains a driving force behind the magazine's content and strategy, both through management of the weekly team and the continued contribution of lead news stories and major features.
