Pay for food and drink without having to queue.

iDon’tQ is a new free mobile app aimed at allowing UK consumers to order and pay for their food and drink with their mobile without having to queue.

By using the secure PIN payment system, consumers can order their lunch or a round of drinks from their local from their desks with a few taps of their smartphone. This also means that users will no longer have to queue at ATM’s on a night out or miss out on special offers, as discounts and sales info will be sent directly to your phone.

iDon’tQ users also get a Facebook sign in for quick access, while a location finder informs you of your closest venue locations and menus. Furthermore, an ‘order the same again’ feature makes it easier to purchase your favourite orders. An alert is then sent to you to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up or brought to your table.

All payments are processed by Elavon Merchant Services, a global provider of merchant acquiring services. "Customers are looking for on-the-go convenience and iDon'tQ is a clever route to faster and easier service delivery via your smartphone,” said Hannah Fitzsimons, head of Business Development, Elavon Merchant Services. “We believe mobile commerce will account for a significant proportion of all future of retail spend and we are delighted to be working with iDon'tQ to provide the secure payment solution for transactions made through the app."

iDon’tQ is being rolled out nationwide in cafés, key trend bars and venues, with plans to expand into cinemas and festivals already underway. The app is available now from Google play and the Apple App Store.
