Private Media elects new board

Latest changes at the top for beleaguered adult giant.

A shareholder’s meeting has confirmed six new directors of Private for the coming year as: Eric Johnson, Ilan Bunimovitz, Anna Maksimova, Michael Martinez, James McCormick and Charles William Prast.

The meeting also ratified the appointment of BDO Auditores SL as the company’s accountant for the fiscal year.

The decision means Eric Johnson, the receiver for Private, will remain as CEO and CFO. He was appointed to these roles in December following the removal of his predecessor Berth Milton, who is being sued by shareholders.

They allege that Milton removed $24,000 in Private funds from company bank accounts without the receivership's consent and refused the receiver's entry into the office's building.
