Pink Visual shot an adult scene on an iPhone 3GS, but it won't be going on the App Store.
Distoted Loop reports the firm as saying it has no interest in 'playing games' with Apple and is merely promoting its iPhone-optimised content outside of the App Store to target users .
Pink Visual's product manager Kim Kysar said, “Don’t get me wrong; we’d love to be able to distribute our content through a ‘proper’ iPhone app. But the rules are the rules, and that’s all entirely Apple’s call.
"Our focus is giving our iPhone-using fans the best viewing experience we can, not trying to influence Apple’s opinion concerning hardcore porn.”
Pink Visual is considering making iPhone footage a regular feature of its productions.
